Reply time and time zone?
Our workshop will respond within two working days Central European time. WhatsApp messages will be replied during daytime hours Central European Time.
How does the quotation work?
The individual items in the portfolio are subject to the listed price. Bespoke commissions will receive a transparent quote after the first consultation - yarn, pattern and weaving hours itemized.
Can I apply for samples?
We can send samples of natural fiber and plant-dyed yarns upon request so you can get a feel for the materials and tones before commissioning. A small deposit is required for shipping and will be refunded after placing the order.
How to start a custom project?
A private communication - via email, WhatsApp or a custom page form. Share your ideas, references and uses; the craftsmen will then take over for you.
